File name: REGISTER.DOC
-----------------------
Vision Edit is a shareware program. It means that you can freely copy it,
give the copies to friends, and test it. Once you decide that the program
is useful for you and you want to use it you should register. Registration
rules are described below.
Benefits of registering:
------------------------
By registering first of all you become legally entitled to use the program.
But there are other benefits of registering:
- you will receive the additional protected-mode version of Vision Edit (very
useful for users with fast machines and lots of RAM - see README.DOC file);
- you will be informed about future upgrades and you will be able to
upgrade at reduced prices (you will be eligible for free upgrades for a
period of one year - only $3 for S&H);
- you can receive a printed manual with screen snapshots (for extra $15);
- the introductory screen will not be displayed on startup;
- you will be entitled to a free phone and/or e-mail support: (204) 943-4020,
e-mail: umbrzez0@silver.cs.umanitoba.ca;
- you will feel satisfaction of being fair and honest.
How to register:
----------------
Registering is easy. Using Vision Edit open the appropriate file which
contains a registration form and fill it in.
If you are going to use Vision Edit:
- on a single computer: use FORM1.DOC file for registration;
- on a network or more than 1 computer: use FORM2.DOC.
There is also an educational package available for educational institutions
(see details below).
After filling in print out the form, attach the appropriate payment and mail
it to the following address:
Andrzej Brzezinski
P.O. Box 2657
