On December 2nd, at around 11 PM, Pacific time, Legacy released "Hooves of Thunder" and began uploading it to Park Central. We decided to upload to a BBS instead of the internet assuming that it would be a safer dupe check and more of a declaration of release than the internet would be. Just before inititing the file transfer, I did a final search to make sure I wasn't about to dupe, and I was off. When I woke up, I decided to check if the file transfer got through and was very suprised at my discovery. The search string result of "hooves" popped up something that dich't exist the night before on an identical search string. Apparently TDU-JAM released the same thing, and, according to the file listing, it was uploaded BEFORE Legacy even began to upload its release! On second note, it said that the file had been uploaded by "Fan Fan Latulipe," but a quick look at the weekly uploaders welcome screen revealed that Fan Fan
