  5. to Bitsream BBBS (call +358-(9102)21-4383244, log in, and once  you're  done
  6. with the setup, write PULSE) or send it by mail to:

  13. To encourage voting and to give you some details  about  what  and  who  the
  14. charts are based on, we will publish a  'List Of Voters'  each  month.  Here
  15. we will publish the names of everybody who has voted  and  also  the  number
  16. of voters. If, for some strange reason, you don't want your  name  published
  17. but still want to vote, you have that possibility too.

  22. 1. You may not vote on your own group's demos or intros, nor on your members
  23.    or on the group itself.

  25. 2. You may not vote  on  Remedy,  nor  on  our  demos,  intros  or  members.
  26.  
  27. 3. You must fill out at least three of the entries of each section. If there
  28.    are some sections you don't know anything about,  skip  them  altogether!
  29.  
  30. Votes that do not fulfill these rules are discarded! Observe that you should
  31. write the entries in order from best to "worst".
