My name is Phil Inch, and this magazine represents something I have wanted to do for a long time - provide a forum for programmers all over the world to learn and exchange ideas and techniques for programming games on PC compatibles. Being the first issue, I have had to write everything myself, so I apologise if there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of information in this month's issue.
