  15. \f1 is a bare-bones AVI and MPEG-1 animation (no audio) viewer.  It's free, subject to the copyright restrictions in the X animation viewer

  24. Open an AVI or MPEG document using the menu item.  The filename must end in ".avi" or ".mpg" for the file to be recognized.  A window will appear and the animation will start after a few seconds.  Press Command-Period to pause playback.  Hit the Play Again menu item to restart at frame 1.  \
