  1.                Introduction to the PC-Write Font Selector

  3. To print the on-disk documentation for this programs, enter these commands
  4. at the DOS prompt:

  6.      COPY FONTMAN1.DOC PRN    (Press Ctl C at any time to cancel printing.)
  7.      COPY FONTMAN2.DOC PRN
  8.  
  9. The documentation tells you how to install and run these programs, and gives 
  10. some background on HP LaserJet soft fonts format as it relates to PC-Write. 
  11. The font selector program is named FONT.  You can run it by just typing FONT 
  12. at the DOS command prompt.  There are some command line options you may find 
  13. useful, given in the documentation. 
  14.  
  15. Besides this program (and PC-Write), you will need some soft font files.  
  16. There is a list of soft font suppliers in the documentation.
  17.  
  18. Because this is the first version of the font selector program, we are 
  19. especially interested in any problems or suggestions you may have.
