  3.   This disk contains the following Windows 3.0 drivers for Video Seven
  4.   VEGA VGA:
  5.        V748016.DRV  - 640 x 480 16 color
  6.        V754016.DRV  - 720 x 540 16 color
  7.        V760016.DRV  - 800 x 600 16 color
  8.  
  9.   Follow these instructions for installing the drivers.  This example
  10.   loads the 800 x 600 16-color driver.  To install a different
  11.   resolution, substitute the driver file name of the resolution you
  12.   wish to install.  
  13.  
  14.   If you already have Windows 3.0 installed using the VGA driver
  15.   that is supplied with Windows:
  16.  
  17.   1.  Copy the V760016.DRV file from the floppy disk into the \SYSTEM
  18.       subdirectory under the directory where you have installed
  19.       Windows 3.0.  (e.g. WIN3\SYSTEM\)
  20.  
  21.   2.  Using an editor (or the Notepad from within Windows) modify the
  22.       SYSTEM.INI file as follows:
  23.       Change the DISPLAY.DRV= entry under the [Boot] section 
  24.       from:  DISPLAY.DRV=VGA.DRV
  25.       to:    DISPLAY.DRV=V760016.DRV
  26.  
  27.   3.  Check that the following lines appear in the [Boot] section:
  28.       386GRABBER=V7VGA.GR3 (386 machines only) and
  29.       286GRABBER=VGACOLOR.GR2
  30.       Make any modifications as necessary.  (If you had installed
  31.       Windows with the standard VGA driver you need to make these changes.

  33.   4.  Save the SYSTEM.INI file.  Restart Windows from the DOS prompt.
  34.       You are now in the 800 x 600 resolution.
  35.  
  36.       Repeat the above steps to change resolutions at any time.
  37.  
  38.   If you do not have Windows 3.0 installed:
  39.  
  40.   1.  Install Windows 3.0 changing the "VGA" display option to "OTHER".
  41.       Place this driver disk in drive A: and <Enter>.

  43.   2.  Complete installation following the Microsoft instructions.
