  9.  Monitor Saver is a screen saver for Microsoft Windows 3.0 only.

  11.  Monitor Saver loads as an icon with a delay time of 15 minutes before it
  12.  blanks your monitor.  You may increase or decrease the delay time by
  13.  maximizing Monitor Saver and setting a new delay time.  Any time from
  14.  1 - 99 minutes may be selected. The new delay time will remain in effect
  15.  for the current Windows session only.

  17.  Unlike many screen savers we have seen for Windows, Monitor Saver
  18.  will NOT restore your screen if you move the mouse.  You must press
  19.  a mouse button, or any key on your keyboard to restore your screen.
  20.  This feature prevents Monitor Saver from restoring your screen if you
  21.  or someone else accidiently moves your mouse.

  23.  Monitor Saver is one of those utilties that everyone needs.  We have been
  24.  using it for nearly a year and it is never given us a problem.

  27.  There is no warranty either expressed or implied. Use Monitor Saver at
  28.  your own risk.

  30.  Monitor Saver is being released as Freeware. It may be distributed freely
  31.  long as it is distributed with this readme file. If you use it daily and
