The AC480.EXE (640x480) and AC600.EXE (800x600) AutoCAD drivers
are memory resident drivers. You need to execute the driver
program each time after system power-up or warm boot. you may
place the driver in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file ao that it will be
executed automatically after system power-up or warm boot.
Since the new driver is different from the original AutoCAD
driver, you must let the AutoCAD program know that there is a new
driver to use. This is done through program configuration and you
need to configure the AutoCAD program ONE TIME only per new
driver program.
Configuration Procedures:
1) Insert VGA WIZARD Series Utility software diskette in drive A
2) Copy AC480.EXE or AC600.EXE file in \ACAD_SHD directory on VGA

it will be executed automatically after system power-up or warm boot.
Since the new driver is different from the original AutoCAD/AutoShade driver,
you must let the AutoCAD/AutoShade program know that there is a new driver to

The ANSI.SYS is an extended screen and keyborad driver supplied
with your DOS diskette. However, it works only in 80 columns by

WIZARD Series Utility diskette.
1) Copy the AANSI.SYS file from the VGA WIZARD Series Utility
diskette to the boot diskette or hard disk where COMMAND.COM
resides.
2) Edit the CONFIG.SYS file.
3) Delete the statement (if exists)
DEVICE=ANSI.SYS
4) Add the statement
DEVICE=AANSI.SYS
5) Save the changes.
6) Warm boot the system by pressing <CTL> <ALT> <DEL> at same
