  5.                        Software Product Distribution Diskette
  6.             
  7.             This diskette contains three software products.  The
  8.             products are:
  9.             
  10.                  Command Post   Version  6.2  in file CMDP62.EXE
  11.             
  12.                  Applets        Version  1.1  in file APLT11.EXE
  13.             
  14.                  Browser        Version  3.2  in file BROW32.EXE
  15.             
  16.             
  17.             You may have licensed, none, one or more of these products.
  18.             
  19.             There is no difference between the executables for the
  20.             licensed and the unlicensed versions.
  21.             
  22.             If you have purchased a license for any of these products,
  23.             either now or in the past, please follow the directions
  24.             given on the licensing paperwork to license your copy of the
  25.             product.
  26.             
  27.             The files contained on this disk are "Self-Extracting Packed
  28.             Format" distribution files.  These distribution files, when
  29.             executed by the INSTALL process, will create all the files
  30.             required to run the product.
  31.             
  32.             There in not enough space on the floppy diskette to store
  33.             the files created when you execute one of the distribution
  34.             files.  The INSTALL process will first copy the distribution
  35.             files to a new sub-directory on your hard disk, and then
  36.             install the product from there.
  37.  
  38.             DO NOT RENAME THE DISTRIBUTION FILES.  TO UNPACK PROPERLY IT
  39.             MUST HAVE ITS ORIGINAL FILENAME.
  40.             
  41.             After the INSTALL process is complete, the product documention
  42.             files will be in a temporary sub-directory.  One of the files
  43.             created will be the $xx-READ.1ST file, which will give some
  44.             short quickstart information and direct you to the main
  45.             documentation files.

  47.             A short BAT file, INSTALL.BAT, has been provided to perform
  48.             the installation process.  If you use the INSTALL.BAT
  49.             installation process, you may disregard the installation
  50.             instructions in the product documentation, as the INSTALL.BAT
  51.             file should provide a proper installation.  Please see the
  52.             instructions given below.

  61.            ║        to:  is the drive-ID of the HARD drive that you will be  ║
  62.            ║             installing the WindowWare products to.              ║

  64.            ║    \subdir  is the subdirectory that the WindowWare programs    ║
  65.            ║             will be copied into.  This directory  MUST CONTAIN  ║
  66.            ║             the WIN.INI Windows Initialization file.            ║

  68.            ║       type  Is the type of Windows you will be using,           ║
  69.            ║             either 286 or 386.  Not the kind of machine you     ║
  70.            ║             actually have.                                      ║

  75.            ║      will install the products into  C:\WINDOWS for Windows/286 ║
