  1. 7.    Introduction

  3.              Most users today have TSR's, system programs, and device
  4.       drivers that do not need to be loaded all the time.  Instead
  5.       of making frequent changes to the AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS
  6.       files and manually rebooting the system, why not have several
  7.       different complete configurations?  Switch allows you to do
  8.       just that, with the option to automatically reboot the system.
  9.       Switch will maintain 100 pairs of AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS
  10.       files within an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use integrated
  11.       environment.

  13.              Switch is completely mouse compatible for easy use, and
  14.       has a full featured editor to maintain multiple
  15.       configurations.   It maintains all configurations in one file,
  16.       and puts it in its own sub-directory to avoid cluttering up
  17.       the hard drive.  For example, instead of having 20 files for
  18.       10 configurations in the root directory, Switch puts them in
  19.       one data file and places it in a sub-directory called SWITCH.

  21.              This program is incredibly user friendly and provides
  22.       context-sensitive onscreen help at the touch of a single key.
  23.       The context-sensitive onscreen help is invoked by pressing F1.
  24.       As an added bonus, Switch also provides system information and
  25.       hard drive usage graphs.
