  1. 3.   License / Evaluation

  3.             The unregistered version of Switch may be distributed in
  4.      absolutely unmodified form, including all programs and 
  5.      documentation.

  7.             Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops)
  8.      post the unregistered version of Switch for downloading by their
  9.      users without written permission only as long as the above
  10.      conditions are met.

  12.             This is a single copy software license granted by Mux
  13.      Consulting.  Switch is licensed to you as the end user.  The
  14.      software may be used or copied only in accordance with the
  15.      license agreement.  You may not give or sell copies of this
  16.      manual and/or the registered version of Switch to any person
  17.      or institution, except as provided for by the written
  18.      agreement with Mux Consulting.

  20.             Information in this manual is subject to change without
  21.      notice and does not represent a commitment on the part Mux
  22.      Consulting.

  24.             Mux Consulting may make improvements and/or changes in
  25.      this manual and/or to Switch at any time.

  27.              Switch is protected by both United States copyright law
  28.      and international treaty provisions.  Mux Consulting
  29.      authorizes you to make archival copies of the software for the
  30.      sole purpose of backing-up Switch and protecting your
  31.      investment from loss.

  33.           You may not make any changes or modifications to Switch.
  34.      You may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise
  35.      reverse-engineer it.  You may not rent or lease it to
  36.      others.
  37.  
  38.             This license constitutes the entire agreement and
  39.      under-standing between the parties and supersedes any prior
  40.      agreement or understanding whether oral or written, relating
  41.      to the subject of this license.  This agreement may only be
  42.      modified by Mux Consulting.
