  10.           Simply  Labels  version  III  is  a  complete  rewrite  with many
  11.           improvements and new features.    The  first  difference  you may
  12.           notice is  that the  program is  now in an EXE format and is much
  13.           larger.  This is due to many new features and  partly due  to the
  14.           new compiler used.

  16.           Because of  the many changes in this version, the file format has
  17.           been changed.  To use data files created  with version  2.xx they
  18.           must first  be converted.  A utility has been included to do this
  19.           for you.  See appendix B in the  main manual  for instructions on
  20.           how to convert your files.

  26.           - Total user control over all program colors.

  28.           - Allows full use of pathnames.

  30.           - Many more labels per file.  (Over 2100 mailing labels / 640k)
