  3. Please, do NOT install HDSENTRY into your hard disk autoexec.bat file.  If you
  4. do so, you will be unable to write to the disk.  Since most programs do make
  5. use of the fixed disk, they will not function properly.  Furthermore, HDSENTRY
  6. will prevent you from re-editing the file and removing the autoexec.bat.

  8. If you find yourself in this dilemna, format a disk with system in your A:
  9. drive and do a reboot off of the diskette.  Once the system is booted, go to
  10. the C: drive and delete the autoexec.bat file.

  12. UPLOADING PROGRAM

  14. I have received numerous inquiries as to whether or not HDSENTRY may be
  15. uploaded to various BBS's, distributed at user group meetings, etc.  I want
  16. to clarify this issue.

  18. While the program was copyrighted, this was done so that no one else could
  19. steal my program and profit from it.  You are free to use and distribute
  20. HDSENTRY so long as you make no charge for the program and do not make any
  21. modifications to the program (user groups and public domain librarys may
  22. charge nominal copying fees).  I do not want any contributions from those
  23. that use the program - it's is my gift to the industry.
