  8.          WARNING:  the  CHN@  feature  should  not be used in versions 
  9.          prior  to  V 12.  There is a damaged file on the distribution 
  10.          disk  for  some  copies of previous versions.  All registered 
  11.          users have been informed of this problem.

  14.          LICENSE STATEMENT

  16.          This  software  is under the protection of U.S. copyright law 
  17.          and  treaties  with  other  nations.  If you have not paid me 
  18.          for  this  software then you are granted a limited license to 
  19.          try  this software for 30 days.  You may not use the software 
  20.          after  that  unless you have paid for it.  Once you acquire a 
  21.          paid-for  copy  of  XXXPERT,  you must treat this software in 
  22.          the  manner  you  treat a book--you must insure that any copy 
  23.          is  used  by  not  more than one person at a time.  A copy of 
  24.          this  software  may only be made for archival or installation 
  25.          purposes subject to the limitation above.

  31.          is  warranted  for a period of 30 days provided that you have 
  32.          paid  me  for  it.   The  remedy  for  this warranty shall be 
  33.          limited  to replacement and shall not cover any other damages 
  34.          of any kind whatsoever.

  37.          disclaimed  and  no  representation is made as to fitness for 
  38.          any  particular  use or purpose.  It is the responsibility of 
  39.          the  user to determine appropriate uses and no recommendation

  41.          such  use.   In  no  event shall the author or distributor be 
  42.          liable  for any loss of profit or other commercial damage not
