  4. XXXPERT lets you create a question-and-answer diagnostic program to
  5. help solve problems.  XXXPERT can be used for just about any application,
  6. and once a program is created it will help you do things that you would not
  7. be able to do consistently as well without XXXPERT.  Programs are created by
  8. a system of rules in an English language syntax, stored in a "rules" file.
  9. Rules are simply statements of logic used to structure the program.  Questions
  10. that appear on the screen are stored in an "asks" file.  Once a program is
  11. completed, it can be compiled and then executed by the CONSULT program.  A
  12. person using CONSULT does not need to know the rules for structuring a program.
