  1. Computers In Today's World
  2.     Many people are unfamiliar with how computers can help us in today's
  3. world.  A lot people think that computers are <adjective> machines that
  4. take <number> years of training to run.  This is simply not true.  As
  5. a matter of fact, I learned to use a computer in only <number> weeks.
  6.  
  7.     Most of the computers purchased today are used in <adjective> businesses
  8. and <adjective> corporations.  The reason for this used to be that computers
  9. used to cost as much as $<number> for even a small one.  Now, however, the
  10. reason is that computers have helped businesses so much they would not be
  11. able to survive without them.

  13.     Just think of the executive who has to keep track of <number> appointments
  14. every day.  Imagine the secretary who has to keep the phone numbers of all the
  15. <plural noun> that her boss works with.  What about the accountant who has to
  16. keep track of how many <plural noun> his business sells and how much money
  17. it makes.  Where would all these people be without computers?

  19.     Many more computers are being used in the home now than before as well.
  20. Partly, this is because the prices have fallen.  A computer that used to cost
  21. $<number> now sells for only $<number>!  There are many uses for the computer
  22. at home as well.  Mom can use the computer to keep track of her favorite
  23. recipes such as <animal> Under Glass, and Creamed <plant> Roots.  Game-playing
  24. is also popular for home computers.  Some of the more popular ones are <name>
  25. The <adjective> <monster> Eater and <noun> Invaders.

  27.     You can't forget about computers in school.  Youngsters can learn anything
  28. from speed reading at <number> words per minute to <number>th grade math.
  29. When teachers have a class with <number> kids, how else could they keep track
  30. of grades?

  32.     Perhaps now you can see that computers are a very <adjective> part of
  33. today's society.  Information that used to take months to <verb> can now be
  34. processed in minutes with computers.  Workers are <number> times more
  35. productive with computers.  It is easy to see that computers are here to
  36. stay.
