  11. DESCRIPTION:  CIPHER is a word puzzle game in which you must try to
  12. discover the real meaning of a quotation or other phrase that has 
  13. been encrypted.  To get started either read the .doc file or just
  14. start up the game and view the help screens to learn how the game
  15. works.

  17. REQUIREMENTS:  CIPHER runs in 640x350, 16 color EGA graphics, thus
  18. an EGA card or better (VGA cards support EGA graphics modes) is used.
  19. It can also run in color text mode and most any system that can 
  20. display colored text will work.  Both video modes support keyboard
  21. play; EGA mode also supports mouse play.

  23. SHAREWARE:  CIPHER is distributed as Shareware.  You are free to try the
  24. game and make copies for others.  If you continue to use the game, however,
  25. you are asked to make a donation to the author of $10 or more to support
  26. continued development of this and other software.  Software distribution
  27. companies may include CIPHER in their catalog provided a copy of the
  28. catalog is supplied to the author.

  41. archive the program for distribution through BBS's, please use the name
  42. CIPHER10.ZIP (or .LZH, .PAK, etc. as appropriate).

  69. BASSTOUR:  (Written by Dick Olsen).  Game that simulates a fishing
  70.            tournament, including rod and lure selection.  Runs in
  71.            EGA/CGA/Hercules graphics modes.  Uses many of the
  72.            utilities from MOUSTOOL.

  74. BASSMAP:   Companion program for BassTour which allows lakes to be
  75.            created or modified.
