  4.     Well it's finally here, version 1.65!
  5.  
  6.     The new features in version 1.65 are:
  7.         - The End-Of-Simulation check when all enemy ships
  8.           are farther away than 50000, has been removed.  There
  9.           are only three ways for the simulation to end.  If your
  10.           ship has been no crew or if all enemy ships have no crew
  11.           or if you enter the Quit command.  The quit command no
  12.           long causes a reduced score.

  14.         - New Strategy changes (can you tell what they are?).
  15.         - Now compiled using Turbo C version 2.0

  25.     Line editing keys compatible with the DOS command line editing keys
  26. were added as of version 1.6 but were omitted from the manuals.

  28.     The keys are:

  30.     -> or F1 - Copy and display one character from retained line.
  31.           F2 - Copy retained characters up to specified character.
  32.           F3 - Copy all remaining characters from retained line.
  33.           F4 - Skip retained characters up to specified character.
  34.           F5 - Retain current line for more editing.
  35.          Ins - Toggle insert mode.
  36.          Del - Skip one character in retained line.
  37.          Esc - Cancel current line.
  38.     <- or BS - Delete one character in current line.
