  34. ECHO TBS Accounts Receivable is a program designed to allow you to enter
  35. ECHO information about the monies due you from your customers, and to
  36. ECHO then print statements, labels, and reports, to allow you to better
  37. ECHO manage your business.

  40. ECHO This program will work with a MDA, CGA, EGA, or VGA video card,
  41. ECHO and requires 512K of free RAM, and a printer capable of printing
  42. ECHO 132 columns.  (This version assumes standard EPSON printer codes).

  53. ECHO To install this product on your hard disk, first make a subdirectory
  54. ECHO with the MD command. Assuming that the subdirectory name that you
  55. ECHO will use is AR, enter the following commands:
  56. echo     
  57. ECHO     MD AR                     (Make Directory AR)
  58. ECHO     CD AR                     (Change Directory AR)
  59. ECHO     COPY A:*.*                (COPY disk in drive A:)
  60. echo     TBSAR                     (Extracts the AR program) 
  61. echo     AR                        (Starts the program
  62. ECHO  
  63. ECHO The first time that you run this program, it will create the
  64. ECHO required data files.  Please make sure that you back up these
  65. ECHO data files on a regular basis.

  67. ECHO Remove and store the distribution disk in a safe place.
  68. ECHO Next, start the program by typing in the command AR
  69. ECHO  
  70. ECHO Help is available by pressing the F1 key at any time.  Some other
  71. ECHO keys: ESC will back up to the prior field, CTRL+ESC will terminate
  72. ECHO what you are entering, CTRL+END will delete from the cursor to
  73. ECHO the end of the line.

  82. ECHO To get started using TBS Accounts Receivable, just type "AR" at the 
  83. ECHO DOS prompt.  You will need to read the Users' Manual to realize all of 
  84. ECHO the programs capabilities. The manual is contained in a 
  85. ECHO file called AR.DOC.

  87. ECHO To print the Users' Manual to the printer, first align the printer to 
  88. ECHO top of form. Log to the A: Drive by typing "A:" and Return. Then enter
  89. ECHO the command:

  93. ECHO The documentation is about 17 pages long, so have enough paper and
  94. ECHO time available!
