  37.     Real-Easy Property Analysis is a 150k Lotus123 or compatible
  38.     spreadsheet template program, powerful, yet very simple to use.

  42.     Before using the program on a 2 floppy disk system, you should make a
  43.     working copy, using the diskcopy command for your computer system. On a
  44.     hard disk system, you should install the program with your spreadsheet
  45.     files. In either case, please store the original program disk in a safe
  46.     place.

  50.     Load your spreadsheet as you would normally. Then, call up the
  51.     Real-Easy Property Analysis files from your hard disk, or from your
  52.     working copy in the file disk drive on a floppy disk system, using the
  53.     spreadsheet's file retrieve function.

  57.     The opening screen of the "Realeasy" analysis program is the 
  58.     documentation section. Not only will it supply line by line
  59.     explanations of the program's analysis, but also contains important
