  4.           MILE-PRC.EXE is a program which was created to provide information to
  5.           individuals who must account for time, money and miles(TMM).  This
  6.           means an ability of transferring daily data into record format.
  7.  
  8.           Some of the features of this version of MILE-PRC are:

  22.           MILE-PRC.EXE is a shareware product, that is to say, you are granted
  23.           a limited license to use it to determine if it will meet your
  24.           needs.  While it is impossible to ensure your honesty, I urge you
  25.           to register MILE-PRC.EXE if you find that you use it for more than 1
  26.           month.  Doing so will place you on our update mailing list
  27.  
  28.           While there is no way to compel you to register MILE-PRC.EXE, you
  29.           really will be hurting the shareware concept by not doing so.
  30.           MILE-PRC.EXE is one of the many fine programs which are developed by
  31.           programmers on a try-before-you-buy basis.  If you do not pay for
  32.           these products (pirate them), you only prompt these software
  33.           developers to stop providing software on these terms.

  35.           It is therefore my hope that you will register this and other
  36.           shareware products so that you will keep the Shareware ideal
  37.           alive and well.

  39.           Permission is granted for the transfer of the MILE-PRC.EXE package by
  40.           any means under the condition that the programs, this document,
  41.           and the Licensing document are together on the transfer medium.
  42.           What this means is that you are granted permission to transfer
  43.           this program as long as it is accompanied by this document and
  44.           the Licensing document to electronic bulletin boards (BBS's),
  45.           commercial communications services, shareware libraries, CD-ROM
  46.           libraries, or to your friends.  You are not permitted, however,
  47.           to make any changes to any of the documentation or programs
  48.           contained in the original MILE-PRC.EXE package.  You are also not
  49.           permitted to charge money for the MILE-PRC.EXE.

  53.           accompanying file REGISTER.DOC and enclose your payment ($25 (US
  54.           funds) for each copy that you are registering) payable by check

  56.           add a 8% sales tax to this amount.  Remit your payment and

  65.           sent a new diskette containing a current release copy of MILE-PRC.EXE.

  81.           that if you decide to use MILE-PRC.EXE.WK1 or MILE-PRC.EXE. it is at
  82.           your own risk.  In plain English, this means that if you use MILE-
  83.           PRC.EXE and your machine blows up, the developers and distributors of
  84.           MILE-PRC.EXE are not responsible in any fashion.  If you use MILE-
  85.           PRC.EXE and it loses all of your billing information, once again the
  86.           developers and distributors of MILE-PRC.EXE are not to be held
  87.           accountable.  While these scenarios are rather extreme in nature,
  88.           they serve to indicate that PRC Software does not warrant,
  89.           guarantee, or make any other representations regarding the use,
  90.           or results of use, of MILE-PRC.EXE or its documentation in terms of
  91.           accuracy, reliability, correctness, currentness, or otherwise.

  158. To make it easier for the novices & advance power user I have taken the liberty
  159. or protecting the program using a complier.
  160.  
  161. Only the features that pertain to this program are enabled. This is the full
  162. working programing.  You can not retrive another spreadsheet through this
  163. compiled shell.

  165. The instructions are easy to follow.  To use the pull down menus just press the
  166. / key. The only function I have left is the erase command. To use
  167. this command press the / and then the R key for Range and then enter.
  168.  
  169. The rest of the information should be easy to understand.  The information that
  170. you enter in it will all go to the main screen up front. This is the best screen
  171. to print out. Please erase the information that is in there now and enter your own.

  173. The only other comment that I can add is to change the date.  Inorder to change
  174. the date you must add the necessary amount of days from the day you see for
  175. the first of the month of Aug. So if you want to start this in September just
  176. press F2 then the plus key (+} then the number nessary for the correct date.
