  46. echo   The only two files that are needed to run the program are the
  47. echo   JOBS.EXE and JOBS.HLP file.  Please be aware that it is NOT
  48. echo   possible to run this program from a 360K floppy.

  50. echo   You can run this program from a 720K, 1.2MB, or a 1.44MB floppy,
  51. echo   but I am sure that you will not be happy with the performance 
  52. echo   that you will see.  It is recommended that you run this program

  65. ECHO TBS Job Cost is a program designed to track the costs and billings
  66. ECHO for the work performed by a contractor.  The system allows for you
  67. ECHO to have multiple phases, each with a different manager, for each 
  68. ECHO job. You can print invoices from within this program, the invoices 
  69. ECHO will update the data files that the TBS Accounts Receivable 
  70. ECHO progrm uses. Requires: a MDA, CGA, EGA, or VGA video card,
  71. ECHO 512K of free RAM, and a printer capable of printing 132 columns.

  73. ECHO This diskette contains a shareware copy of TBS Vehicle Maintenance 
  74. ECHO including its User Manual.

  85. ECHO To install this product on your hard disk, first make a subdirectory
  86. ECHO with the MD command. Assuming that the subdirectory name that you
  87. ECHO will use is JOBS, enter the following commands:

  91. ECHO     COPY A:JOBS.EXE

  94. ECHO To start the program, enter the command JOBCOST.  The first time that   
  95. ECHO you run the program, it will create all the data files required by 
  96. ECHO the program.

  98. echo  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU BACK UP THE DATA FILES ON A FREQUENT BASIS.

  101. echo  If you use this program with the TBS Accounts Receivable program,
  102. echo  both programs must be installed in the same subdirectory.

  111. ECHO To get started using TBS Job Cost, just type "JOBS" at the 
  112. ECHO DOS prompt.  You will need to read the Users' Manual to realize
  113. ECHO all of TBS Job Cost's capabilities. The manual is contained in a 
  114. ECHO file called JOBCOST.DOC.

  116. ECHO To print the Users' Manual to the printer, first align the printer to 
  117. ECHO top of form. Log to the A: Drive by typing "A:" and Return. Then enter
  118. ECHO the command:

  122. ECHO The documentation is about 15 pages long, so have enough paper and time
  123. ECHO available!
