  2.                  EASY PROJECT V3.7 LATEST NOTES

  5.      If you are a current user of Easy Project, please follow the
  6.      installation notes found in the User Manual when upgrading with
  7.      this version. Please make sure you backup your present files
  8.      before copying any new files.
  9.  
  10.      If you are upgrading from a 3.X version, only copy these files:
  11.      EPX.EXE, EPRES2.DBF, EP.BAT, EPRES2T.NTX, EP.BAT, EPPROJX.DBF,
  12.      AND EPPROJX.NTX files to your system.
  13.  
  14.      Choose the REBUILD FILES option from the Utilities Menu after installing
  15.      the new system.

  18.      NEW FEATURES NOT DOCUMENTED

  20.      There is now an option for the system to not update the 'Actual'
  21.      date fields when using automatic scheduling. Check the System
  22.      Configuration screen.
  23.  
  24.      The Phase Work Plan report now has an option to print all phases
  25.      at once. Use a phase number of '00' to print all phases.
  26.  
  27.      To print/display all phases on a Gantt chart, use '00' for the
  28.      phase number.

  30.      The Gantt chart may be printed in Landscape mode if you have a
  31.      HP Laserjet or Deskjet that supports Landscape mode.
  32.      Choose printer option '40' for Landscape mode.

  34.      INSTALLATION

  36.      The INSTALLH.BAT will install the system to your hard disk.
  37.      The INSTALLF.BAT will install to a 2 floppy system.

  39.      Please make sure you have a CONFIG.SYS file in your root directory
  40.      that has a FILES=25 statement.  Check the documentation for details.

  43.      DOCUMENTATION

  45.      Registered users receive a spiral bound version of the User
  46.      Manual with sample screens, reports and Gantt Charts not
  47.      found in the EP.DOC file. The EP.DOC file included
  48.      in this disk has been converted to ASCII from
  49.      the WordPerfect version of the guide.  As a result, the disk version
  50.      is formatted somewhat differently.

  53.      BBS SUPPORT

  55.      If you have a modem, you can reach us for additional support
  56.      via our BBS system.  We will try to answer all questions within
  57.      12 hours.  Also, if you register, you will always have access

  66.      For 2 floppy systems, use the EPFLOP.BAT file to start Easy Project.
