Seven report types are available for hard copies of your
decision model information. Reports give the model name,
the date and the decision missions and goals at the top
of the page.
THE QUESTIONNAIRE is a handy form for gathering data.
Give it to people who can supply you with useful
information for your decision model. For example, your
human resources department could fill in questionnaires
about job candidates.
THE EVALUATION REPORT lists and shows your final scored
and ranked choices graphically. Your best choice will
appear first on the list with its score out of a possible
100. Uncertainty derived from ranges of input data is
shown on the graph.
THE TOP 3 REPORT shows a factor by factor score
comparison for the three highest scoring choices. This
information can provide useful insights into the makeup
of your decision model.
The DATA CHART REPORT is a matrix layout of your decision
data with factors listed down the left side and choices
made across the top. This is a useful way to compare
data.
THE DECISION ADVISOR REPORT is the expert advice offered
to help you optimize your decision. It is based on a
detailed analysis of your decision model.
THE FACTORS REPORT and the CHOICES REPORT provide simple
lists of the choices, the factors and their weights for
your records or for presentations.
