  14.                 INTRODUCTION
  15.                 This section of the Tutorial demonstrates how to set
  16.                 up the Master file, create the Table of Contents, and
  17.                 the Index, and finally print the document.
  18.                 This first part is placed before the Table of
  19.                 Contents.  It, along with the Table of Contents, will
  20.                 have lower case Roman Numerals for page numbers.  When
  21.                 the body of the document begins, these page numbers
  22.                 will be changed to normal Arabic numbers.
  23.                 The page numbers were initialized to Roman Numerals in
  24.                 the Master file, although this also could have been
  25.                 done at the top of this file.  Notice that Headers and
  26.                 Footers were turned off at the top of this file.
  27.                 Generally, the title page is not numbered.  Headers
  28.                 were turned back on for this introduction page.
  29.                 While Headers and Footers are turned off, this only
  30.                 suppresses the printing of their contents.  It does
  31.                 not imply that they are of zero length.  If the header
  32.                 was defined as six lines and the footer as five lines,
  33.                 then these 11 lines will appear as blanks in the
  34.                 output.
  35.                 An ODD page break was placed before this page and the
  36.                 section below to force these two sections to begin on
  37.                 an odd page.
  38.                 A LITTLE BIT MORE
  39.                 The Table of Contents follows this section.
  40.                 The .TOC_HDR in the parameter section of the Master
  41.                 file was set as:
  42.                 .TOC_HDR p=O \\\Table of Contents\\
  43.                 This forces the Table of Contents to begin on an odd
  44.                 page.  Therefore, no special page breaks need to be
  45.                 made in the Table of Contents.
