EXPLORING the COSMOS -- Version 1.0a
You have acquired Exploring the Cosmos, THE planetarium simulator for
IBM PCs. This is the DEMO version.
REQUIREMENTS:
This program runs on an IBM PC or compatible. It utilizes high resolution
graphics so it requires an EGA or VGA card and monitor (CGA works but it is
not recommended). A math coprocessor greater enhances the speed of the
program.

Try the program. If you like it, send for the full function version
(which includes the printed user manual) at the above address. A
special purchase price has been established for customers who learn of
the program via public domain channels. The price is $39.95 (1/3 off
the list price). International orders add $5. Minnesota residence add
6% sales tax.

Several pirated versions of the program are in existence under different

about the sun (complete with a zoom feature).
- Database of over 2200 stars, planets and messier objects.

- Trail generation (plots the paths of objects over time).
- Listing of planets with RA-D, rise and set time and phase.

- Point at an object and obtain: RA-D, Alt/Az, object name, spectral
class, magnitude, name of constellation, hilight of all other
objects in the constellation.
- Hardcopy output of screen on Epson-compatible printers.
