  15. These ASCII text files may be retrieved and read with any word
  16. processor or text editor capable of handling ASCII text files. 
  17. ASCII text files are sometimes called "DOS text" files.  If more
  18. information is needed, please consult the documentation for your
  19. text editor or word processor.

  21. If you do not have a text editor or word processor, use the DOS
  22. "type" command to display these files on-screen or print them. 
  23. Your DOS reference will contain information on doing this.
