  1. Known bugs for Diabetes Logbook, Beta Version 1.05:

  3. Printing bugs:
  4.  
  5. Bug # P-1 - No prompt before printing
  6.  
  7. When printing to paper (hard report) or file (soft report),
  8. the program pauses before and after printing to ask whether a
  9. user wants a form feed.  Some users have reported that they do
  10. not see the message "Form feed before printing (y/n)," but do
  11. see a data entry box for a single character.
  12.  
  13. Fix for bug # 1
  14.  
  15. Enter "y" or "n" in the data entry box, then press "Enter." 
  16. Printing will proceed normally.
  17.  
  18. Bug # P-2 - Report does not print properly.
  19.  
  20. Columns do not align, report does not look like those examples
  21. in the ASCII text file SAMPLE.RPT.
  22.  
  23. Fixes for bug # P-2
  24.  
  25. 1)    If you were using a "proportional spacing" font,
  26.       switch to a "mono-spacing" 10 cpi font.
  27.  
  28. 2)    Set your printer to 12 or 15 cpi.
  29.  
  30. 3)    Print to a file, retrieve using a text editor or
  31.       word processor, and pring using that program. 
  32.  
  33. If you had to resort to suggestion 3, I want more information
  34. so I can attempt fixing the problem in a future release. 
  35. Please leave a message giving the make and model of your
  36. printer; a hard copy of the report mailed to me would be very
  37. useful.
