  7.         HBMS is a Shareware product.  Information about Shareware and HBMS is 
  8.     covered near the beginning of the main document file HBMS.DOC.  Please 
  9.     copy this form to your printer and use it for registration purposes.  The 
  10.     registration fee is $35.  This includes a disk with the latest version, 
  11.     instructions on how to bypass the Shareware screen, future updates for 
  12.     the price of media only, and full technical support by mail or phone.  
  13.     Sorry, but I do not accept credit cards at this time. Users in Canada and 
  14.     other foreign countries should pay in U.S. dollars, with checks 
  15.     preferably drawn on a U.S. Bank.  A money order is recommended, and your 
  16.     Post Office may be a good source.  There is no upgrade charge to 
  17.     previously registered users, other than a $5 media/handling fee.
