  13.      dGENIUS is a collection of dBASE III Plus programs that allow you 
  14. to create and maintain small databases on diskettes without knowing the 
  15. dBASE command language. There are on-screen instructions for each 
  16. function as well as internal error trapping routines to help avoid the 
  17. most common and severe pitfalls.

  19.      dGENIUS was developed for trial use by a state government agency in 
  20. Pennsylvania and as such is in the public domain from start to finish. 
  21. You may do with it what you please. If you have suggestions or comments

  29.      This copy has its defaults set for a fixed disk (C) and a dBASE 
  30. directory. Default settings appear at the beginning and end of most 
  31. procedures, so be sure to change them if you need to. 
  32.  
  33.      With a little training on the use of the dBASE keyboard layout, any 
  34. person can use this system without wading through the dBASE manuals.
