  3.       Corrected drive specification problem on program startup.  Previously
  4.       the DOS-level command
  5.                             A:> db3util c:\test\test.prg
  6.       would abort the program with an invalid subdirectory error message.
  7.       The Find and Replace feature now rewrites a file to disk only if a
  8.       change has been made to that file.  Also reports the total number of 
  9.       string replacements which have occurred.

  13.       Changed the program, format, etc. filename search algorithm to be
  14.       case insensitive.  Now the commands <DO test> and <DO TEST> both 
  15.       result in finds if TEST exists.
