  1. This is the demonstration version of Data Base Design's dbdGET.
  2. The demo requires Clipper SUMMER 87 to view. The following files are
  3. included in this archive:

  5. DEMO.OBJ
  6. DBDGETRD.LIB
  7. READ.ME
  8.  
  9. To produce the executable (EXE) file, you must link in one of two
  10. ways:
  11.  
  12.    link demo,,,p:clipper dbdgetrd 
  13.  
  14. or
  15.  
  16.    plink86 FI demo LIB clipper,dbdgetrd
  17.  
  18. Do not attempt to use any version of Borland's TLINK to link this program.
  19.  
  20. IMPORTANT: If you have a mouse attached, I suggets you load your mouse
  21. driver with MOUSE.COM rather than MOUSE.SYS. I have found a substantial
  22. degradation in program performance when the driver is loaded in the 
  23. CONFIG.SYS file rather than from the DOS prompt.
