  4. │    Welcome to "Cong", the Congressional contact and tracking system.     │
  5. │                                          │
  6. │    To get started:                                  │
  7. │                                          │
  8. │    1. Set the "files" statement in your "config.sys" file to at          │
  9. │       least 50 (and reboot, of course).  "Cong" has upto 40 files          │
  10. │       open sometimes.                              │
  11. │                                          │
  12. │    2. Decompress the "Cong" zip file into a subdirectory of your                    │
  13. │       choosing and UnZip.                                                │
  14. │                                                                 │
  15. │    3. Type "Cong1" <Enter> and go get a cup of coffee (it takes a few    │
  16. │    minutes to rebuild the indexes).                      │
  17. │                                          │
  18. │    When the main menu comes up, press F1 for further information.          │
