This is a work area for developing my tooic look-ups.
The user will pick a topic and a sub-topic. She will
then be shown a list of members involved with the
tpoic(s). After deiting the list, a letter can be
written to all.
This menu choice is in work. However, it is one of the
most unique and important features of Cong. It will allow
members of congress to be identified by topic. Thus, for
example, one could automatically send a formal letter to
all "anti-choice" members of congress. Boolean logic is
build in, so member selection can be narrowed, e.g. pro
civil rights AND involved in appropriations AND pro-life,
for example.
This menu gives access to certain semi-permanent
data. The capability to update member data and
committee membership data is limited to users designated
to help keep that data current.
