  1. To change any MASK settings, click the CHECK BOX next to
  2. a field name. The MASKING is ON if the field name is Blue
  3. and the box has an 'x'. The marked fields will not be
  4. printed if PRINT USING MASK is used. There is no keyboard
  5. equivalent for toggling the MASK settings.
