  8.          Read CARDX.HLP if you have any problems starting Cardx.

  10.          This program is shareware.  Many hours of work have gone
  11.          into it's development.  Please give it a try, and pass a
  12.          copy along to your friends, or upload it to your favorite
  13.          bulletin board.

  15.          If you continue to use this program after an initial trial
  16.          period - say 14 days - then you must register.
  17.          Registration is simple, just fill out the enclosed form
  18.          (see REGISTER.DOC) and mail to the author.  The cost is
  19.          $29.95.  I will provide instructions to remove the opening
