  10. Premerge.exe -  A utility program which prepares files for merging
  11. Am.bat       -  A plain vanilla batch file for starting Amaster
  12. Readme.dat   -  This file
  13. Readme.bat   -  A batch file for viewing the readme.dat file

  16. I N S T A L L I N G   A M A S T E R :

  18. Unzip this file using PKUNZIP (you probably already have) and copy all
  19. of the files into a subdirectory called Amaster.

  22. Please note: this software is being released as shareware. Under the
  23. shareware concept, you may use this software for a trial period not to
  24. excede 30 days. If after this time you determine that you would like
  25. to keep this program, you are required to register it!!!

  30. Who should register: Anyone who finds this program usefull, or uses it
  31. for over 30 days, or would like to receive the benefits of registering
  32. (see below).

  37. 2) - a default filename may be specified for merging
  38. 3) - You will receive the latest version and a printed manual
  39. 4) - You will receive news of updates to Amaster and other SMT

  42. bulletin board with access to tech. support and the latest versions of
  43. SMT products.
  44. 6) - You can receive discounts on SMT computer systems that will more
  45. than make up for the cost of registering.
  46. 7) - You help ensure that this product will continue to be developed.
  47. Rest assured that if there is very little response to this product,
  48. then it will no longer be released to the general public.
  49. 8) - I will feel better about having spent all those late nights
  50. writing the 5963 lines of high level code (89 printed pages) that were
  51. required to bring this program to you.

  69. BTW: Since Sun Mountain Technologies is already entered as a record in
  70. the shareware version, this would be a great way to try Amaster's
  71. merging abilities out. (ie merge the SMT record with a letter and
  72. envelope).
