Here is a Logitech C7 mouse menu for Qmodem 4.0. It will allow the use
of your Logitech mouse with all the major Qmodem screens and quite a few
of the minor screens. The middle button always calls up the mouse
screens, so you can find out quickly which Qmodem screens have
accompanying mouse screens simply by pressing the middle button. I have
defined the all-buttons chord as F1 so that you can get the Qmodem help
screens by pressing that chord any time you are in a regular Qmodem
screen (since it is a chord, if you are in a mouse screen, pressing all
buttons will only clear the mouse screen).
Like Qmodem, it is B-I-G: it requires about 8K of menu space, so you
will have to use MENU /8 in your command line. If you need to run in
less space, you can edit the .DEF file to eliminate some of the less
frequently used menu overlays and recompile.
Most of the mouse screens simply overlay those of Qmodem (they were
actually "stolen" from the screen using SideKick) in intense white
lettering on a red background.
The menu is one that I use personally, so it reflects the addition of
Zmodem (and only Zmodem) as an external protocol. If you have different
external protocols, you will have to edit the .DEF file to reflect the
differences and recompile.
I have used the menu for several days without any mishaps, but there are
probably some "bugs" that I haven't encountered. If you discover any,
please report them in the Qmodem conference on an Interlink, SmartNet,
or PC Relay PCBoard. (I regularly call Cheers!, run by Bobbie Sumrada,
Radio Free Memphis, run by Jim Key, and Party Line, run by Mike Glenn,
in the Memphis, Tennesee, area.)

Updated November 12, 1989:
Since Qmodem 4.1b has had a few additions, it was time to improve the Logitech
Mouse menu created by Maurice Crouse. For more information, see the beginning
comment lines in the .DEF file. Since the menu size has grown to 12K, you may
wish to use a /12 instead of /8 as described above. I have tried to support
all of the fine features found in Qmodem.

I can be found on most all major Orlando Bulletin Boards. If you like
Qmodem enough to use the menues, you may consider registering this fine
piece of software to show your appreciation.
