  1. Notes on ONE TO ONE (tm) version 2.3                                 07/19/88

  3.     This is release 2.3  of the  ONE TO ONE  communications package.  The
  4. accompanying  documentation  is  up-to-date.  If  you are  familiar  with the
  5. previous versions of ONE TO ONE, you  need only read the WHATSNEW.121 file in
  6. order to start using the  new features.  Everybody  else, read the file named
  7. 121.DOC before you go any further.  New features are covered in detail there.
