  1. BackupData:       Will cause DOS's own BACKUP program to make data archives.

  3. RestoreData:      Will cause DOS's own RESTORE program to copy data files from
  4.                   an archive diskette to the hard disk, restoring your data.
  5.  
  6. PrinterSelection: Will cause the PRNTDRVR program to be executed.  With it, 
  7.                   you may specify the particular printer you use, so that the
  8.                   "Printed Calendar" report will be available to you.
  9.  
  10. CustomizeProgram: Will take you to the customization routine, where you may 
  11.                   specify department/employee initials, screen colors, lines 
  12.                   to print per page, laser printer, military time, and prompts
  13.                   for notes, priorities, and alarms.
  14.  
  15. EditTextFiles:    Will take you to the EDITX.EXE program, so that you may edit
  16.                   various text files, such as the ones containing Frequent & 
  17.                   Recurring Events, Income-Expense Categories, Groups, etc.
  18.  
  19. OmitData:         Will allow you to omit Scheduled and Logged items, Projects,
  20.                   and Plans from the database.
  21.  
  22. IndexData:        Will cause the Schedule and Log databases to be re-indexed.
  23.                   This is a drastic measure that should be used ONLY as a last
  24.                   resort if your database becomes corrupted.
