  25. 0901500c01104000000000000000000000000000    This program allows you to keep a record of names and telephone
  26. numbers.  This will be especially useful in reviewing telephone bills and
  27. statements for expense report logging.
  28.     The primary search key is the telephone number, you may also search
  29. on first name, last name, and company name. You may search on a partial
  30. match or on an exact match to the chosen field.  The search of the first
  31. name, last name, and company name is case sensitive (Smith and SMITH are not
  32. equal).  Therefore, it is suggested that you enter all information with
  33. your CAPS LOCK turned on.  Otherwise, you will have to do two searches to
  34. find Smith and SMITH.
  35.     In the change mode, you will not be allowed to change the telephone
  36. number field as this is the primary key for all the records.  If you need to
  37. change a telephone number for a client, delete the old record and create a
  38. completely new record with the new telephone number.  You will also not be
  39. able to create more than one record with the same identical telephone number.
  40.     The menu selection at the top of the screen will indicate the mode
  41. that you are presently using.  The mode will be highlighted (on some monitors)
  42. and the mode will be in all CAPS.  You may select a mode by using the arrow
  43. keys to highlight the desired mode or you may press the letter that is
  44. capitalized in the desired command.  To exit a mode, just press the ESCape
  45. key until the cursor is returned to the menu bar.  To exit the program, press
  46. X or ESCape at the menu bar prompt.
