  1.       Creates, maintains, and reviews your personal history file.          |

  3.  Use the Add/Update option to create and maintain your Re$ume! information.|
  4. The information requested through the data entry process will cover        |
  5. demographics, education, current and past employment, and so on.  In all,  |
  6. there are fifteen data entry sections.  You have full control over which   |
  7. screens you choose to complete.  Ample space is provided so that even      |
  8. relatively complex and exhaustive files can be accommodated.               |

  23.   The Print/Display Resume activity writes a complete resume from          |
  24. information provided in the Add/Update personal history option.  The resume|
  25. can be produced in three formats, and all sections may be arranged in any  |
  26. order within each format.                                                  |

  28.     * Standard.                                                            |
  29.       Follows a chronological format.  Includes all sections except        |
  30.       the summary that features three skills selected by time of service   |
  31.       in each.                                                             |
  32.                                                                            |
  33.     * Accomplishments.                                                     |
  34.       Includes a record of work experience accomplishments, in addition    |
  35.       to the sections included in under the standard format.               |
  36.                                                                            |
  37.     * Targeted.                                                            |
  38.       Composes the summary and selects accomplishments, training, and      |
  39.       other items that reflect the skills you identify.  Education and     |
  40.       work experience remain the same.                                     |
  41.       Create or update user catalog. Display or print supplied catalog.    |

  44.   When you select the "Skills Catalog" option from the Main Menu, you will |
  45. be presented with the catalog screen.                                      |

  47. Re$ume! Catalog:                                                           |
  48.                                                                            |
  49.      - Lists all 300 base skills provided on the disk                      |
  50.      - Lists any special skill catalogs appended to the base skills        |
  51.                                                                            |
  52. User Catalog:                                                              |
  53.                                                                            |
  54.      - Allows entry of up to 10 skills that aren't provided in the Re$ume! |
  55.        catalog                                                             |
  56.                                                                            |
  57. Print Out:                                                                 |

  59.      - Prints Re$ume! Catalog Skills, User Catalog Skills, and any appended|
  60.        special skill catalogs                                              |
  61.       Change logged disk drive. Select a new person and catalog.           |
  62.                                                                            |

  64. Two options are available.                                                 |
  65.                                                                            |
  66.   1) Change logged disk drive:  allows you to reconfigure your system to   |
  67.          use the data files stored on a different drive.  This option      |
  68.          provides access from within the program to the same screen you    |
  69.          completed when you first started.                                 |
  70.                                                                            |
  71.   2) Select a different file:  allows you to begin processing or updating  |
  72.          a personal history that is different from the file you selected   |
  73.          when you entered the program.                                     |

  76.   Both of these options are `short-cuts' that help you avoid exiting to    |
  77. DOS and re-entering Re$ume!.                                               |

  81.       Removes all the information about this person from the disk.         |
