  3. The Personal Finance Manager is a comprehensive checking, savings and
  4. investment account management program intended for use by the household
  5. budget manager.  The program is menu-driven and requires little or no
  6. knowledge of computers.

  8. It manages ten (10) separate checking and credit card accounts that record
  9. all standard entries such as purchases, withdrawals and interest.  It has
  10. an unpaid bills function to store one-time-only, monthly or annually
  11. recurring bills and prompts when they fall due.  Bills are automatically
  12. entered in the checking file when paid.  It has an investment and savings
  13. account program that tracks invested money and how well those investments
  14. are performing.  It has numerous reports, the most interesting being a
  15. budget report to show how much was spent in any user defined budget area
  16. such as food, entertainment, auto expense.  The documentation consists of
  17. a forty-eight (48) page manual on disk.
