  21.              README  .1ST     (Latest tips and corrections)
  22.              LOAN    .EXE     (The Loan Accelerator program)
  23.              FORMS   .EXE     (Prints all the forms in the manual)
  24.              BRUN10  .EXE     (Required to run LOAN or FORMS)
