  3.      To register your version of Cartrak, you can either fill out,
  4. and send in this form, or call the number below with Visa or Master
  5. Card. If you call with Visa or Master Card, we will ask the same
  6. information that is on this form. Then we will give you your
  7. registration number, which you can use to register you program
  8. right away. No Delay! If you send in the form with a check, we will
  9. send you back the registration number. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks
  10. for the registration to return. 
  11.      When you get the registration number, you will need to keep
  12. it. Because with any updates to the program that appear, that same
  13. registration number will work to register it. That will not apply
  14. to a major revision of the program. 
  15.      Without registering the program, the program will only run for
  16. around 3 months. Then it will shut down the datafile, and will not
  17. allow them to be accessed any longer. This will allow you three
  18. months to try the program out, and see if it will do what you want
  19. it to do.
