  34. ;06 !May5Sun means 'last Sunday in each May'
  35. ;07 10/2/87+3 means that the appointment will show on 10/2/87 and
  36. ;08           on the subsequent 3 days.
  37. ;09 Oct 2, 1987+3 means the same thing.
  38. ;10 10/2+3 indicates that the four days will be marked each year.
  39. ;11 '?' can be used in place of the name or number of a month
  40. ;12 to indicate all months:
  41. ;13 ?/10 means the tenth day of each month,
  42. ;14 ?/10/87 means the tenth day of each month in 1987.
  43. ;15 !sun!3 7/12/87 means 3 successive Sundays starting 7/12/87.
  44. ;16 !3Sat 6/20/87 means every third Saturday starting 6/20/87.
  45. ;17 !2Mon!3 10/19/87 means every other Monday for three appointments
  46. ;18                  beginning 10/19/87.
