choices of 'Label', except that it centres
itself in the middle of the envelope.
To explain Labels & Envelopes:
THE ADDRESS BOOK is pretty smart. If there is information in
both the 'Name:' & the 'Company:' fields THE ADDRESS BOOK
prints the Company name at the top & then puts the Name of
the person at the bottom preceded by ATTENTION: If there is
only one of the above, THE ADDRESS BOOK leaves out the
'ATTENTION:' & puts whichever field has the information at
the beginning of the address. (EXAMPLES on next page)
***** VERY IMPORTANT NOTE *****
If you decide to write your 'Name:' field with the last name first,
placing a comma after the last name will tell THE ADDRESS BOOK that
the last name is first & THE ADDRESS BOOK will turn it around and
remove the comma when printing the name on the label or envelope.
Example: Smith, John will become on the label or envelope
ATTENTION: John Smith Try it! You'll like it.
