  2. ADDMAN V3.1 - Address Manager.

  4. Release 3.x of ADDMAN involves a change to the structure of the address data
  5. file.  You must convert version 2.x files before using ADDMAN V3.x.  A
  6. program ADDCON2.EXE is designed to do this for you.  Simply run the program, 
  7. enter the V2.x filename at the prompt, and a V3.x file will be created.  Note
  8. that the file extension of V2.x files is .ADD while V3.x files use .AD3.
