Transcription: It's about time the PC got a good basketball game. NCAA Road to the Final Four 2 from Bethesda may seem like it's put together a little loosely in certain places, but it has all the elements of a fine simulation. The on-court controls are messy and take a lot of getting used to, but if you'd rather coach than play, this is as good as basketball gets.
